We use a unique parent advisory team comprised of parents like you from around the country, to get a variety of perspectives on the products that we carry. We then use their insight to help us choose which products to offer and we share their feedback with you.

As a business that cares about children and families, we are also concerned about our community. This is why we have committed to donating a portion of all proceeds to Pediatric Cancer Research. We are lucky to be mothers and want to do our part to help others, which is why we have joined forces with this wonderful organization to help fund research for Neuroblastoma and other types of pediatric cancer.

Sydney Warm Tasner dreamed about opening a baby boutique, even before having a child of her own. With a background in working with children, Sydney has always taken special care when dealing with concerned parents. So when it came time for her to shop for her sister's and friends' new babies (and later her own baby), she was frustrated to find that many stores provided poor customer service and lacked guidance in helping parents find the best products for their little ones. From these experiences, along with her love of children, the concept of Best For Babies was born. With her store, not only did she want to help parents find products that make their lives easier, but she also wanted to be able to give back to the community, which is something that has always been very important to her. Sydney lives in Cincinnati, Ohio with her husband, David, and sons, Alex and Bennett.

Marlin Marshall has over 25 years of retail experience under her belt. Marlin's talent for providing outstanding customer service has driven her success throughout her career. In 2008, Marlin joined Sydney to open Best for Babies. Marlin brings her experience as a mom — and grandma — to help customers find the perfect item or gift for that special baby. She lives in Cincinnati, Ohio with her husband, Jon, and has two grown children, along with five grandchildren.
