All returns may be made via mail or in our store. All merchandise MUST NOT HAVE BEEN USED, WORN, WASHED OR ALTERED, and all original store tags must be attached.
Non-sale merchandise in new or unused condition may be returned with your receipt or packing slip up to 30 days from the purchase date for a full refund or for store credit. Please note all shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Non-sale merchandise in new or unused condition returned without a receipt or packing slip or after 30 days from the date of purchase shall be exchanged for store credit only (less shipping and handling costs).
Any available store credits will be issued at the then lowest selling price and shall be in the form of a Best for Babies gift card that will be mailed to the address provided. All gift returns may be for store credit only; no cash refunds are available. Store credits may be used at www.bestforbabies.com or at our store location.
Please note that a 20% restocking fee will be applied against all new and unused furniture and gear merchandise returned in an opened or missing box.
All sale purchases are final; no refunds or store credits available.
For mail-in returns:
- Repack the item in its original box.
- Write “returns” at the bottom of the duplicate packing slip provided in your shipment and include it with the items you are returning.
- Consider insuring your package in case it is lost or damaged in transit. Best for Babies cannot be responsible for items that do not arrive at Best for Babies.
